Defective merchandise that is within the warranty may be returned for credit or replacement. Please check our warranty page for specifics on your remote control purchase.
All merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items returned greater than 30 days from the date of purchase will be issued store credit or replacements, at the discretion of Mr- Remote.
Mr - Remote will accept all returns within the warranty period - providing you contact us to obtain a return authorization number, and this number must be marked on the outside of the box. Unmarked boxes will be refused and returned. Shipping costs to return items are the responsibility of the customer.
